Terms Of Service - Rules

GENERAL
-Upon requesting a commission, the client has fully agreed to everything in the Terms of Service even if it has not been read in full. (Breaking any rule in the TOS will mean any right to the work will be gone without refund.)
-By accepting this Terms of Service agreement it's legally binding.
-I have the right to refuse service.
-Disrespect will not be tolerated and be result of cancellation of the commission without refund.
-DO NOT use my art for anything AI, NFT, training or anything AI-Generated with my art/commissionPAYMENTS
-Full Payment at request.
-Changes in the sketching phase will not be charged, anything major after will be charged.WILL DRAW
-humans/human-like (example: with human-like traits)
-Ocs
-fanart
-animal or animal/human hybrid characters
-Chibi/cutesy
-character design
-SFW
-suggestive stuff if talked about/dependsWILL NOT DRAW
-robots/cyborgs
-complex armor
-monsters/creatures
-furries/scalies
-really intense gore/dead dove do not eat stuff
-Anything offensive (racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, pedophilia etc.)
-NSFW
-RealismREVISIONS
-Communication on what exactly you want: character, feeling, poses, colors, background - it should be clearly communicated
-i will send 1-2 sketches to choose from and ask for comments/changes and adjustments you want
-after you agree to the rough sketch i move forward with finishing it, asking for updates is allowed and i will also update on major steps of the process
-MAJOR CHANGES will only be allowed during the sketch phase.
-If you cannot reply back after 4 days i will keep working on the commission. If in any case you are unable to reply for whatever reason, please give me a heads-up! i will do the same.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
-The artwork should take a maximum of 1 months to be delivered. The client is free to ask for an estimation of when their commission might be finished.
-If you need it for a certain date/deadline please let me know! if its really rushed there might be an extra charge!
-The client will be notified if the commission will take longer than expected to be delivered.
-The client is free to request updates on the piece at any point during the process.
-The finished artwork is delivered in a Google drive folder, along with any variations of the work, sent usually via private message.
-please feel free to ask for how long it might take! i do my best to communicate + I will message you in case I can't meet a deadline for health or other personal reasons.USE
-I retain the copyright to my work and require attribution/credit in any repost of my work.
-Commercial use of my work is NOT allowed.
-Unauthorized use of my work for commercial purposes will have you blacklisted from ever commissioning me again.
-Do not trace or heavily reference my work without permission.
-Do not remove watermarks from my work.
-I am free to use the commissioned work to promote myself unless specifically stated otherwise by the client.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
-Characters depicted in the illustrations are property of their respecting owners.REFUNDS
-I will partially refund (50% of paid price) only if we can't agree on a sketch and the commission is cancelled. No refunds in further steps/when it's completed.COMMUNICATION
